Assistant Superintendent Supply Chain

This position is designed to provide support to Zijin Mining Group, primarily responsible for daily coordination with the Group's centralized procurement, logistics, and international business departments, as well as assisting managers and superintendent in daily management and operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support team members in project coordination and execution.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Complete tasks and assignments on time and with accuracy.

• Learn and adhere to safety and environmental regulations.

• Complete daily material supply needs.

• Complete daily centralized procurement logistics tracking.

• Provide administrative support to managers and supervisors.

• Based on the nature of the work the tasks may consist of but are not limited to:

• Conducting research, preparing reports, and maintain documentation.

• Assist with data entry, logbook maintenance, and report preparation.

• Communication and prepare documents to report to the Head quarter group in ZIJIN.

• Other duties as assigned by the leadership.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant technical qualification (minimum).

• Interest in mining operations and willingness to work in remote and challenging environments.

• Strong physical fitness and stamina.

• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental standards.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver’s license (preferred, depending on site requirements.

• The individual has at least 2 years of work experience in a similar field within their department.

• Good communication skills verbal and in writing, English is a must, Chinese is also required.

• An individual must be a good team player and have good ethical conduct.

• Willingness to work in Brokopondo on a rotational schedule of 14 days of work followed by 7 days break

• If selected, you will be required to submit a Police Clearance Certificate (“Bewijs van Goed Gedrag”). Please initiate the request at your respective District Commissariat.
