Junior Warehouseman

Rosebel Gold Mines is currently seeking a Junior Warehouseman to join our Warehouse department. 

As a Junior Warehouseman, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various warehouse tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments and organizing and maintaining inventory. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting all inventory transactions and conducting regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.

• Organize and maintain inventory.

• Preparing orders for end users.

• Accurately document all inventory transactions.

• Conduct regular inventory counts.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma (HAVO, VWO, IMEAO)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.

• Experienced in the use of Forklift.

• Valid Suriname driver's license.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English language is an asset.

• Willingness to work on a rotational schedule of 14 days of work followed by 7 days break.
