Parts Analyst

The Mine Maintenance Parts Analyst will be collecting and analyzing data from inventory department and Mine Maintenance to ensure the sufficient stock. You will support the maintenance department’s goals and objectives by analyzing parts’ needs and sufficient stock

available.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Screening Bi-weekly replenishment list with plenty parts for Inventory to ensure sufficient stock.
• Screening and analyzing parts needs based on historical data.
• Ensuring that parts are available based on forecast.
• Managing parts ordering process and being the key person between maintenance planners and buyers.
• Managing, analyzing, and updating the pink paper trackers.
• Screening all on demand items still in warehouse.
• Direct Charge Items Inventory Management from Maintenance side (update tracker & manage stock)
• Analyzing and updating min/max based on historical data and future need.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma (NATIN Werktuigbouwkunde or Elektrotechniek).
• A minimum of 2-5 years relevant work experience in a coordinating role.
• The ability to interpret and use manufacturer's parts manuals and service manuals.
• Experienced in the use of Ms Office, CMMS, Oracle EAM.
• Candidate must be flexible, accurate &Numerical insight.
• Valid Suriname driver's license.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, Mandarin language is an asset.
• Willingness to work on a rotational schedule of 14 days of work followed by 7 days break.
