We are now accepting internship application for Bachelor students majoring in Electrical Engineering (two (2) positions) as part of the RGM Internship Program 2026 at Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. This internship is based in the Mill Electrical, Mill Planning or Mine Maintenance department, providing a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic mining environment.

• Gain in-depth insight into your field of study within the mining industry;

• Work alongside experienced professionals and learn from their expertise;

• Actively participate in projects aimed at optimizing maintenance processes and improving performance;

• Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The ideal student:

• Is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

• Has strong academic performance in relevant coursework

• Has strong interest in mining, engineering, or technical operations.

• Is willing to learn, be proactive, and work safely in field conditions.

• Has good communication and interpersonal skills

• Is fluent in Dutch and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Is willing to work on a rotational schedule on our mine site in district Brokopondo
