We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Human Resources department at Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. in the role of
HRIS Technician. As a HRIS Technician, you will be responsible for accurately recording and maintaining employee work hours in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring compliance with company policies and regulation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Provide guidance and respond to inquiries about timekeeping processes.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping.
Weekly, BI-weekly and monthly verification of employee timesheet.
Ensure consistency and quality of timekeeping processes across the organization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding time tracking.
Job requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
A High school diploma (VWO, IMEAO, HAVO).
Minimum of 5 years of timekeeping and/or clerical/administration experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English and speaking knowledge of Sranan Tongo.
Willingness to work in Brokopondo on a rotational schedule of 5 days of work (Monday to Friday) followed by 2 days break.
