Apprentice Opportunities Available

We welcome applications from recent NATIN graduates (2024 & 2025) for Apprentice Trainee positions in the following fields:

• Mining (“Mijnbouw”)

• Mechanical Trade (“Werktuigbouwkunde”)

• Electrotechniek

• Chemical Analysis / Laboratory

• Infrastructure

• Information Technology

The ideal candidate will have:

• NATIN diploma behaald in 2024, 2025 of 2026;

• Strong academic performance (good grades and no repeated academic years);

• A strong interest in mining, engineering, or technical operations;

• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work safely in field conditions;

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented, collaborative mindset;

• Fluency in Dutch and English (Sranan Tongo is an advantage);

• Ability to work on a rotational schedule (14/7) at our Brokopondo mine site.

Additional Requirements:

• A valid ID

• Copy ID & CBB Uittreksel.

• Proof of medical insurance.

• If selected, you will be required to submit a Police Clearance Certificate (“Bewijs van Goedgedrag”). Please initiate the request at your respective District Commissariat.
