We are now accepting internship application for Bachelor students majoring in Mechanical Engineering as part of the RGM Internship Program 2026 at Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. This internship is based in the Mine Maintenance or Mill Planning department, providing a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic mining environment.

• Gain practical insights into mechanical systems and equipment used in mining operations.

• Collaborate with experienced professionals to troubleshoot and maintain mining machinery.

• Participate in projects to optimize maintenance processes and enhance equipment performance.

• Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Maintenance team.

The ideal student:

• Is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

• Has strong academic performance in relevant coursework

• Has strong interest in mining, engineering, or technical operations.

• Is willing to learn, be proactive, and work safely in field conditions.

• Has good communication and interpersonal skills

• Is fluent in Dutch and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Is willing to work on a rotational schedule on our mine site in district Brokopondo
